About Us
Linkfields founder Natalie Jones started recruiting Regulatory Affairs professionals in 2012, she quickly found the work very rewarding, especially given her clients focus on helping people's lives. With the Life Science industry growing at an ever increasing rate, there was always high demand for the top candidates. The challenge of finding the right person at the right time fit well with Natalie's personality, a natural progression from her background in competitive sport.
After several years in the Industry, Natalie decided she wanted to apply her own approach to how she delivered her work. This approach was more long term, building strong foundations and relationships with the people she worked with in order to build a successful career for the future. To be able to do this, a tailored approach for each client was required along with the freedom to move quickly and adapt as necessary. Natalie decided that the best way for her to do this was by starting her own business, as a result Linkfield Life Sciences was established in early 2016.
Since 2016 Linkfield has gone from strength to strength. Now 7 years on, Natalie has built a strong, well-established company with a large network and presence within the industry. We can often be found at the TOPRA Symposium as well as the TOPRA Careers Fair where we try to help the next generation move into the industry.
