Our Story

Established in February 2016, we are a new name in the Life Sciences recruitment sector. Though our company is new, our track record is extensive, having placed over 200 Regularly Professionals throughout the Life Science sector. Our founder and chief Regulatory recruiter, Natalie Hopkins has specialised in this industry her entire career, allowing her to build an extensive network as well as a wealth of technical knowledge within the Regulatory field. Combining this knowledge and experience with the flexibility and agility of a start-up allows us to work with both clients and candidates in a very professional and yet personal manner.

We are proud of the knowledge we have built, truly understanding the technical requirements for each unique Regulatory Affairs position that we work on, but it isn’t this alone which we believe makes us stand out to our clients. Our biggest attribute is understanding the culture and ethics of both our clients and candidates, it is through this we believe we are able place the right candidates into the right companies, building relationships that last.

As a family run company, we are very passionate about what we do here at Linkfield Life Sciences, working with a reliable, ethical and trustworthy approach.

“We have formed an effective partnership with Linkfield Life Sciences over the past year. Natalie has effectively lead and completed a number of senior regulatory recruitment assignments.
